If you are looking to dose via dosing pumps we recommend to dose directly out of the CVE+ bottles the product is manufactured in.
If you want to use your own dosing containers then please make sure they are sterilised before placing the CVE+ inside the container.
As CVE+ can be affected by light, please do not use a clear dosing container. Alternatively you can place in the aquarium sump compartment if there is no light. If lighting a refugium in the sump then please use a dark dosing container, or the original container, when placed in the sump compartment.

Door > Door deliveries are shipped via Star Track Premium Freight. Orders are shipped Monday and Tuesday. Leave a note on your order if you want it shipped on a preferred day. We reserve the right to delay shipping of orders until the following Monday / Tuesday if the day prior is a Public Holiday or if there are forecasted shipping delays such as weather, industry strikes etc.
We use premium specific packing methods necessary to ensure the safe arrival of your live coral. This includes heat / cold packs, extra water volume, frags are packed in sealed containers or bags dependent on coral size. Granular Activated Carbon is added to ensure optimal water quality during shipping. Frags and some more sensitive corals are mounted onto chemically inert closed cell foam floats, this removes the risk of coral tissue rubbing against the sides of the bag or container. All orders are shipped in thick walled Polystyrene thermally insulated eskies.
In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), please send a very clear digital photo within 2 hours of delivery (Star Track delivered time). Once we receive the digital photo supporting your claim, we will issue a store credit. The store credit does not include the cost of shipping. We do not offer refunds, we only provide credit toward future coral purchase. Zeo Box Reef cannot be held responsible for mechanical, flight cancellations, unforeseen or weather delays that may cause your Star Track shipment to be delayed. We will always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction in these extremely rare cases. Please note If your area is estimated to take longer than 48 hours we recommend using our Airport to Airport shipping option. Feel free to send us a message if you are unsure.
We can hold coral orders for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. Please note it is the customers responsibility to monitor shipments once a tracking number has been provided.
