🚚 Livestock (Coral) Shipping

  • Shipping fees cover the first 5kg box. If your order exceeds this, extra charges may apply—we’ll contact you if so.

  • Discounts don’t count toward the free shipping threshold. The minimum spend must be based on the product total only (excluding shipping).

📦 Shipping Schedule & Transit Times

  • We only ship livestock orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. Depending on your location, we'll choose the best courier between Team Global Express Priority and Star Track Premium, as we regularly monitor their performance.

  • Leave a note at checkout if you'd prefer a specific shipping day.

  • Shipping may be delayed due to public holidays, severe weather, or logistical disruptions. If this is the case your order will be shipped the following week.

  • Transit times:

    • Major/regional cities: Usually overnight

    • Remote/rural areas: 1-2 days, please send us a message via the website chat if you have any questions.

❗ Shipping to Tasmania Temporarily Unavailable

We are currently not shipping livestock to Tasmania due to a change in biosecurity regulations.

🧊 Premium Coral Packing

We take great care in packaging:

  • Thick insulated styrofoam box

  • Heat or cold packs as needed

  • Extra water volume

  • Sealed containers/bags

  • Activated carbon for water quality

  • Closed-cell foam floats for fragile coral

✅ Arrive Alive Guarantee

  • If a coral arrives DOA, email us clear photos within 2 hours of courier delivery time.

  • We will issue store credit for the coral value (excludes shipping).

  • No refunds, credit only.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by weather, logistics or flight issues.

📌 If shipping to your area may take more than 48 hours, we recommend our Airport to Airport option.

🕒 Holding Orders

  • Coral orders can be held for up to 1 week after payment.

  • After that, we cannot guarantee the same coral or its condition.

📍 Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing correct shipping details

  • Tracking orders once dispatched
